About the Role
LangChain is hiring an AI Agent Developer to work on LangGraph and our agent framework. You will build new agent capabilities, design multi-agent architectures, and create tools that help developers build more reliable and capable AI agents.
You will work on the core abstractions that thousands of developers use to build AI applications. This includes designing agent memory systems, tool integrations, and evaluation frameworks.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building production AI agents and a deep understanding of LLM application patterns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building AI agent systems
- Strong Python and TypeScript skills
- Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph ecosystem
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and retrieval systems
- Experience with multiple LLM providers
