Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LLMHire at https://llmhire.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

LLMHire is an online job board specializing in AI, machine learning, and LLM engineering roles. We provide a platform for employers to post job listings and for candidates to discover opportunities. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

2. Job Postings

  • Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job listings, including job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details.
  • Listings must be for legitimate, legal employment opportunities related to AI, ML, or LLM engineering.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, contains misleading information, or is not relevant to the AI/ML space.
  • Standard listings remain active for 60 days. Featured listings include additional promotion as described on our pricing page.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of posting.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • We offer a full refund within 7 days of posting if your listing has received zero applicants. Refund requests should be sent to support@llmhire.com.
  • No refunds are issued after 7 days or if the listing has received applicants.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the platform without written permission.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited communications to candidates or employers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
  • Post listings for roles unrelated to AI, ML, or LLM engineering.

5. Intellectual Property

The LLMHire name, logo, design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Employers retain ownership of their job listing content but grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform and marketing channels (including newsletters and social media) for the duration of the listing.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, the quality of candidates, or specific hiring outcomes. We are not responsible for any employment decisions made based on information found on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site and email to active users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
