Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML with 3+ years focused on AI ethics
- Understanding of fairness, bias, and accountability in ML systems
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and impact assessments
- Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Published work or policy contributions in AI ethics
- Advanced degree in CS, Ethics, Policy, or related field
