AI Product Manager

Notion is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered workspace features. You will define the product strategy for how AI enhances productivity within Notion, from intelligent search to automated workflows. You will work with engineering, design, and research teams to identify high-impact AI features, define success metrics, and drive execution. This role requires a deep understanding of both AI capabilities and user needs. The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with technical understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.

- 5+ years of product management experience - 2+ years working on AI/ML products - Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations - Experience defining and tracking product metrics - Technical background (CS degree or equivalent experience) - Experience shipping consumer or prosumer AI features
