About the Role

Anthropic is seeking an AI Research Scientist to work on multimodal capabilities for our Claude models. Requirements

- 5+ years of ML research experience - Published research in multimodal learning or vision-language models - Expert PyTorch skills - Experience training and evaluating large models - PhD in ML, CV, or related field - Interest in AI safety and alignment
