Enterprise AI Engineer

Glean is hiring an Enterprise AI Engineer to build AI-powered search and knowledge management features. You will develop RAG pipelines that help enterprises find and synthesize information across their entire digital workspace. This role involves working with diverse data sources (documents, emails, Slack, code), building high-quality retrieval systems, and ensuring our AI provides accurate and relevant answers. The ideal candidate has experience building production RAG systems and understands the unique challenges of enterprise search.

- 3+ years of ML/software engineering experience - Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases - Strong Python and TypeScript skills - Understanding of information retrieval - Experience with enterprise integrations - BS/MS in Computer Science
