Junior Machine Learning Engineer

Hugging Face is looking for a Junior ML Engineer to join our open source team. You will contribute to the Transformers library, help maintain model integrations, and build tools that make ML more accessible to developers worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about open source AI and wants to learn from a team of world-class engineers. You will work on real models used by millions of developers. You will help test new model architectures, write documentation, and build integration tests for the Hugging Face ecosystem.

- 1+ years of experience with Python and ML frameworks - Familiarity with the Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Datasets, Tokenizers) - Understanding of transformer architectures - Experience with fine-tuning language models - Strong communication skills - BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
