Jasper is looking for a Prompt Engineer to optimize our AI content generation pipeline. You will design, test, and iterate on prompts that power our enterprise marketing platform.
You will work closely with product and engineering teams to develop prompting strategies that produce high-quality, brand-consistent content. This role involves systematic prompt optimization, A/B testing, and building evaluation frameworks.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of LLM behavior, excellent writing skills, and experience with systematic prompt engineering methodologies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with LLM applications
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Proficiency in Python
- Excellent writing and communication skills
