Figure is building general-purpose humanoid robots and we're looking for a Robotics ML Engineer to work on perception, manipulation, and locomotion systems. You will develop ML models that enable our robots to understand and interact with the physical world.
This role involves working with real robot hardware, designing sim-to-real transfer systems, and building perception pipelines that operate in real time. You will help create robots that can work alongside humans in warehouse and manufacturing environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong ML skills with practical robotics experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ML/robotics engineering experience
- Experience with sim-to-real transfer
- Strong Python and C++ skills
- Experience with real-time perception systems
- Knowledge of robot manipulation and control
- MS/PhD in Robotics, ML, or related field
