Operators will work directly alongside partnered military units conducting long-range intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and mission support operations in highly contested electronic warfare environments. Required qualifications: Prior military, UAS, aviation, or tactical operations experience Ability to operate in austere and high-tempo environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Conversational level of English proficiency. Ability to learn and operate technical systems quickly Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Preferred qualifications: Experience operating Group 2 or Group 3 UAS platforms Prior ISR, EO/IR, or sensor operator experience Experience with mission planning and flight operations Experience training or mentoring operators
