Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.</span></p></div><h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end implementations with enterprise customers, from kickoff through production, working through whatever obstacles come up along the way.</li> <li>Understand customer pain points deeply and translate them into concrete product solutions, feeding signal back to engineering and product teams.</li> <li>Build internal tools and processes that drive efficiency and scalability across the FDE function.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including GTM, product, and core engineering to deliver large-scale projects with cross-team dependencies.</li> <li>Run on-site workshops, discovery sessions, and technical enablement with enterprise customers.</li> <li>Maintain and operate solutions at high scale, ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability for customer deployments.</li> <li>Implement identity synchronization and lifecycle management solutions using SCIM, SSO, SAML, and other enterprise standards.</li> <li>Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Kubernetes) to deliver scalable, high-availability applications.</li> <li>Build and maintain high-quality software using TypeScript, Next.js, React, and REST APIs, including direct contributions to the v0 codebase.</li> <li>Be a daily practitioner of AI-assisted development: v0, Cursor, Claude, Codex, and whatever comes next.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <p><strong>Core qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Power user of AI coding tools. You use v0, Cursor, Claude, Codex, or equivalent daily and have a current, working understanding of the AI coding landscape: agents, MCP, context management, local vs. remote execution.</li> <li>Proficient in Next.js, React, and TypeScript. You're comfortable working directly in a production codebase.</li> <li>Experience in a GTM-adjacent engineering role, whether as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar. You know how to navigate a sales cycle without losing your technical integrity.</li> <li>Experience working directly with enterprise customers: running discovery, building trust, re-engaging at-risk accounts, and finding internal champions.</li> <li>Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> <li>Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with enterprise integration work:</li> <ul> <li><em>Accounts:</em> SSO, account provisioning, RBAC configuration and implementation.</li> <li><em>Relationship building:</em> cultivating internal champions, running on-site workshops, re-engaging at-risk customers.</li> <li><em>Security and Legal:</em> translating security requirements, navigating procurement and legal review processes.</li> </ul> <li>Data chops. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
