We bring Stripe’s operating principles to life through our recruiting processes, provide a high-quality candidate experience, and use data-driven storytelling to influence the business.</p> <h2 id="what-youll-do">What you’ll do</h2> <p>We’re looking for a consultative, creative recruiter to grow and scale our Business and Core teams in APAC. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver a strong candidate experience.</p> <p>You’ll be a builder who thrives in a learning environment. You’re comfortable trying new approaches, exploring ideas, and improving our processes.</p> <h2 id="responsibilities">Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Fulfill junior-level and high-volume requisitions while scaling teams across the Stripe Delivery Center in Singapore.</li> <li>Partner with internal stakeholders with different priorities to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies that meet headcount goals.</li> <li>Partner closely with Recruiting Analytics to ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress for the business.</li> <li>Build cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, Human Resources, Finance, and other teams to scale hiring across Stripe.</li> <li>Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding, events, and employee referral channels.</li> <li>Provide timely reporting on key metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve processes.</li> </ul> <h2 id="who-you-are">Who you are</h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements for this role. Preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h2 id="minimum-requirements">Minimum requirements</h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. In-house recruiting experience is strongly preferred.</li> <li>A strong track record of meeting targets and managing high-volume hiring in a fast-moving environment.</li> <li>Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor.</li> <li>High agency, with the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-moving organization and work with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.</li> <li>A proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse candidate pipelines.</li> <li>An active, data-driven approach to problem-solving. You enjoy identifying trends and using insights to improve your process.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h2 id="preferred-qualifications">Preferred qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Experience hiring in the Singapore market.</li> <li>Experience with reporting and proficiency in tools such as Visier, Greenhouse Reports, GoodTime, and Gem.</li> <li>The ability to quickly adopt recruiting technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, and improve workflows at scale.</li> </ul>
