Pi is a personal AI agent powered by Inflection AI’s foundation model, proving that AI can be personal, empathetic, and contextually aware.</p></div><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2> <p>We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Android Engineers to join us in our mission of delivering the best possible app experiences to our users. </p> <p>Your passion, insight, creativity, and relentless focus on the user experience will be at home in a team responsible for the design and implementation of new features – and we’re eager for you to help us shape our decisions in the technologies, patterns, and processes we use as a team.</p> <h4><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design and build feature-rich Android applications</li> <li>Lead and execute delivery of full-stack Android features and projects from concept through production</li> <li>Own application reliability, stability, and quality</li> <li>Collaborate with and mentor other Android engineers to improve team velocity, technical quality, and engineering best practices</li> <li>Research and adopt tooling improvements to accelerate safe and predictable feature delivery</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with teammates in product, design, sales, and support to align technical solutions and engineering practices with business goals</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h4> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in Android Development</li> <li>An innovation-focused startup mindset coupled with a pragmatic approach to problem solving</li> <li>Strong expertise in modern Android application development using Kotlin and Compose</li> <li>Hands-on experience with modern Android architecture components</li> <li>Proven ability to independently design, build, and ship production Android applications across varying team sizes and company sizes and product stages</li> <li>Experience improving application performance, stability, and reliability in production environments</li> <li>Background in security-focused application development is a plus</li> <li>Keen eye and attention to details</li> <li>Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field to the offered position requirements.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Employee Pay Disclosures</strong></h2> <p>At Inflection AI, we aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company. For this role, Inflection AI estimates a starting annual base salary to fall within the range of <strong>$200,000 to $300,000</strong>, depending on a candidate’s qualifications and level of experience.
