Job Description:
The V-BAT Training Senior Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of V-BAT training and standardization while operating as an operations officer for flight activities. This role oversees the internal training team and manages training as a program to ensure alignment across operations, engineering, and product while delivering consistent, scalable, and measurable training outcomes.

Required qualifications:
Experience leading aviation training programs
Background in military aviation, UAS operations, or equivalent
Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
Strong understanding of training systems, standardization, and evaluation processes
Experience in operational planning, scheduling, or operations officer roles
Ability to translate technical system changes into training requirements
Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
Preferred qualifications:
Instructor Pilot (IP), Evaluator (EP), or equivalent designation
Experience with Group 3–5 UAS or comparable systems
Background in test and evaluation or operational units
Familiarity with FAA Part 107 or military aviation frameworks
Experience building or scaling training programs in a high-growth or product-driven environment
Experience working closely with engineering teams on product or system development cycles
