In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales. You’ll play a key role in shaping the hiring strategy, enhancing candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines as we scale rapidly.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities: </h2> <ul> <li>Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, calibrate on candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies.</li> <li>Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, referrals, and platforms.</li> <li>Build and maintain talent mapping and pipelines for key roles and future needs.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Compensation, and other People functions to align on talent strategies, role design, and market insights.</li> <li>Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring plans and organizational growth.</li> <li>Help optimize recruiting operations, leveraging ATS and other tools to ensure a smooth and scalable process.</li> <li>Champion a diverse, inclusive, and equitable hiring process.</li> </ul> <h2>Minimum Qualifications: </h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of hands-on recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.</li> <li>Proven track record recruiting across technical and/or non-technical roles.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to partner with founders, hiring managers, and executives to shape and influence hiring strategy.</li> <li>Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a knack for identifying top talent.</li> <li>Ability to work with urgency while maintaining high quality standards and thoughtful candidate experience.</li> </ul> <h2>Preferred Qualifications: </h2> <ul> <li>Experience scaling talent teams or organizations in startup or hypergrowth environments.</li> <li>Familiarity with compensation structures and equity benchmarking in early-stage startups.</li> <li>Experience with Talent Operations to implement and optimize recruiting tools, systems, and workflows.</li> <li>Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, and leveraging them for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Total compensation for this role also includes meaningful equity in a fast-growing startup, along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
