This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.</em></p></div><h2>About the role</h2> <p>We are looking for bright engineers interested in helping our customers solve complex technical issues related to Applied’s Vehicle Intelligence products. Our Solution Engineers have a unique mix of software expertise, domain knowledge, and execution driven mindset. Using these skills, our engineers work closely with vehicle and autonomy software and tools developers to ensure that Applied’s platform solutions are providing maximum impact to advance customers' SDV (Software Defined Vehicle) and Full End-to-end AD/ADAS initiatives. This is an important role for the company bringing together our product and engineering expertise with our customer-centric culture.</p> <h2>At Applied Intuition, you will:</h2> <ul> <li>Act as the technical bridge between automotive customers and Applied Intuition engineering teams</li> <li>Support Vehicle OS engagements with major OEMs through translating customer requirements into technical solutions</li> <li>Lead technical discussions, demos, and proof-of-concept projects with customers during early deployments</li> <li>Track project milestones, organize technical meetings, and help ensure high-impact customer engagements move forward</li> </ul> <h2>We're looking for someone who has:</h2> <ul> <li>2+ years of industry experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers</li> <li>An acute attention to detail and an execution focused mindset</li> <li>Strong communication skills and focus on solving customer problems</li> <li>Experience working with customers and wants to grow their technical and engineering skills</li> <li>Experience in interacting with end-customers as an application engineer or a developer</li> <li>Project management experience in complex projects</li> <li>A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mechanical engineering, software engineering or equivalent</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to have:</h2> <ul> <li>Prior work in vehicle development, E/E architecture, embedded software domains</li> <li>Familiar with the vehicle development process and possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience of functional safety required in vehicle development</li> <li>Professional experience in software development and coding</li> <li>Experience in embedded software development</li> <li>Fluency in French, German, or Japanese</li> </ul> <p>Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
