You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges and leverage Databricks' technology to deliver impactful solutions.</p> <p><strong>The impact you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a strategic account plan for the customer, aligning with their business objectives and goals</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including C-level executives</li> <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the account , expanding the footprint of Databricks solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with Databricks' internal teams, including sales, solutions engineering, and customer success, and external ecosystem partners to ensure seamless delivery and support </li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction</li> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, and provide insights to help shape Databricks' product and service offerings</li> <li>Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we look for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a global account management role, preferably within the technology or data analytics industry</li> <li>Strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, understanding the trends, main challenges and business initiatives</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
